• Electronic cigarettes and components — vapes, pod systems, liquids, flavorings, especially without certificates.

• Lithium batteries without labeling — batteries without UN38.3 certificate, including power banks over 100Wh or without capacity data.

• Electronic warfare systems (EW) — any signal jamming devices.

• Radio devices — walkie-talkies, transceivers, repeaters, Wi-Fi boosters without permission.

Weapons and Their Imitations

• Any type of weapon: firearms, cold weapons, traumatic, pneumatic.

• Weapon accessories: stocks, suppressors, optical scopes, magazines.

• Imitations: weapon mock-ups, airsoft replicas without identifying marks.

• Prohibited tools: brass knuckles, stilettos, telescopic batons, pepper/gas sprays, self-defense lasers.

Currently, shipments are made via air delivery.

Delivery time: 10-14 business days from the moment of shipment from the warehouse in China, excluding customs delays.

The minimum chargeable weight for air delivery is 300 grams. This means that any package weighing less than 300 grams will be calculated as 300 grams. Any package weighing more will be charged at the rate of $13.95 per kg.

The shipping cost from China is calculated based on the actual weight. Weight is rounded to the nearest 100 grams.

In China, parcels are not consolidated — they are immediately prepared for shipment to Ukraine, which ensures the fastest possible delivery time.

- copy the information from the "Mobile" section into the "Phone Number" field (without the +86 area code);

- check the box for "Set as default shipping address" and click the "Confirm" button.

1. Download the "Alipay" app from Google Play or the App Store on your mobile phone. Register using your phone number – select your country code and enter your phone number, then click "Next".

2. Accept the terms of use and enter the verification code that will be sent to you via SMS.

1. Restrictions on Air Shipping of Branded Goods

The Ukrainian customs closely monitors goods that carry trademarks listed in the Customs Register of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRR). If your parcel contains more than 2 identical items of the same brand, it may be stopped for inspection.

Allowed: Delivery of up to 2 units per item per brand — and only for personal use, not for resale.

What does this mean in practice?

Your parcel is considered non-commercial if:

• The payment was not made by a company or sole proprietor
• No signs of resale (bulk, packaging, commercial invoice, etc.)

If even one of these points does not apply — customs may suspend clearance.

4. Important: Liability for Violations

Violating the rules can lead to serious consequences:

• Article 476 of the Customs Code of Ukraine – fine of 17,000 UAH + confiscation
• Article 229 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – up to 5 years of imprisonment (for systematic IP rights violations)
