You register, receive a warehouse address in Warsaw, and have your goods shipped there. Shipments to Ukraine depart once a week, and delivery takes 3–7 business days. Afterward, we hand over the parcel via Nova Poshta, or you can pick it up at our office in Kyiv, located at 10/2 Mechnykova Street.

• Products of animal origin: meat, meat products, milk, and dairy products (in accordance with EU regulations).
• Perishable goods: products with a shelf life of less than 5 days or those requiring specific temperature control.

Free storage is available for up to 30 days. Given the security situation, we assume responsibility for storage during the first 7 days.

In Poland, parcels are not consolidated; instead, they are immediately processed for shipment to Ukraine, ensuring the fastest possible delivery. The minimum chargeable weight is 300 grams, with a minimum cost of just $1.28. Consolidation is available at the warehouse in Kyiv for deliveries via Nova Poshta.
